Mobile Command and Control

Mobile Drone Command – Mobile Deploy

Mobile Drone Command – There are many applications for the use of drones—law enforcement, border security, wildfire monitoring, environmental conservation, humanitarian relief, search and rescue, and more.

For Police, Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighter and Security services Mobile Command, enables more precise situation assessment, decision making and effective management of first responder teams, providing more efficient resolution of a disaster situation.

We have introduced Mobile Drone Command, an unmanned aerial system (UAS) mobile drone command and control vehicle for public safety, media broadcast, surveillance, security, patrol, emergency management and inspection operations.

Streaming

In 2017 we set out to design and engineer a UAS command and control vehicle that would become a new standard in the unmanned surveillance industry.

Mobile Command integrates streaming technology for live video acquisition, management and distribution over the Internet. UAV applications include TV broadcasts, industrial inspections and law-enforcement, search and rescue and security operations.

Mobile Drone Command enables users to pilot an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAS) equipped with optical or thermal cameras from inside the vehicle. Mobile Drone Command hybrid bonded cellular technology enables live video captured by the UAV to be transmitted to any place in the world

Mission Critical

These integrated features make Mobile Drone Command an important solution in mission critical situations where reliable capture and secure transmission of live video is required.

Mobile Drone Command provides users with on-scene, rapid deployment functionality that allows for high definition aerial actionable intelligence, with Mobile Drone Command’s state-of the-art video transmission capabilities, video can be analyzed in the field, and shared real time.

Mobile Command’s potential use for aiding first responders and relief organizations during natural disasters, the command and control vehicle can launch a UAV within minutes upon arriving on site. Low-altitude aerial analysis and video can be transmitted to rescue teams to guide their efforts while minimizing risk.

Mobile-Drone-Command

Mobile Command makes it easy for UAS teams to schedule, plan and account for their mission, equipment, maintenance and reporting requirements.

Mobile Command ‘s layout and equipment system, including a pair of HD monitors a Smart control board. We the customized the solution based on upon each client’s needs and are built into a range of different vehicular platforms.

Epiphany Operations works as an enhancement of traditional physical security systems or as a stand alone solution. Our solutions are available through equipment purchase and lease, adding your personnel trained by us, as autonomous solutions or as fully turnkey systems.

NiDAR Mobile Command

Overview
NiDAR™ Mobile Command allows a highly flexible and secure access to the NiDAR Command & Control system, when real-time situation awareness in the field is required. It is intended as user-friendly access point to the situation awareness picture including intruder alarms, live video feeds, radar, sonar, AIS and Blue force tracks overlaid on satellite images. Intended applications include:

  • Guards on patrol by foot, vehicle or boat,
  • Security Teams entering an alarm zone for alarm verification,
  • Command chain remotely supporting the decision-making in response to an alarm.

The NiDAR Mobile Command builds on MARSS unique browser technology making it possible to securely access the situation awareness picture on any mobile device with data connection as 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, WIMAX or SATCOM, given that the user has the required security permission.

MARSS is offering three fit for purpose fully ruggedized and waterproof mobile devices to suit the real world challenges including:

  • A multi-touch tablet for e.g. vehicle/boat deployment
  • A compact armband mounted multi-touch smartphone for e.g. occasional access out in the field

Command Tablet

The Command Tablet is based on a ruggedized 10 inch tablet computer (Apple iPad, otherwise Panasonic ToughPad or similar), and is fully multi-touch controlled. The Command Tablet sports a simple, easy to understand front user interface.

The operator has full access to IR/Optical video feeds, any target tracks in the vicinity overlaid on satellite imagery or charts and has real time intruder alarm. When the operator wants to switch from the IR camera view to the chart view, the operator swipes from the bottom up and the chart will slide in view seamlessly.

Equally intuitive is the control and switch of the camera feeds by just swiping on the selected video to e.g. investigate a target approaching by zooming and auto follow.

Application examples:

  • Vehicle deployed
  • Patrol boat deployed
  • Guard towers

Compact Command

Command Head Mounted Display (HMD) (Optional – not included in current scope)

The Command Smartphone is based on a ruggedized smartphone (Apple iPhone, Android, or similar), and is fully multi-touch controlled. This compact device is based on a 5inch display with similar features as the Command Tablet but adjusted to the compact MMI. The main mission of the Compact Command is to have a real-time passive view of the situation with the commander or supervisor in the control room directing the camera and the information provided. Limited control is as well provided to user.

Application examples:

  • Patrols on foot in the field
  • Guards on their post

Command Head Mounted Display (HMD)

Mobile HMD Command for hands free operation

The Command HMD is a Special Forces proven system based on a glasses mounted display providing similar access to the NiDAR system as the Compact Command with the advantage of continuous sight of the information combined with hands free operation. Controlled fully by the commander, the user has all information including for example the infrared video feed just in front of his eyes with the sensation of looking at a 21” screen one meter ahead. Can be combined with the Compact Command to control the system.

Application examples:

  • Any application where hands free access to the situation awareness picture is required
